FAQ
Is there a minimum number of weekly payments?
Yes, ECG+ is an annual membership requiring 52 weekly payments. Membership automatically renews each year unless you advise otherwise.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please email or call us to cancel. Cancellations can only occur on your renewal date, one year after sign-up.
How do I book my panel cleans?
Once your membership is active, we’ll schedule your first panel clean. You don’t need to be home, and we’ll notify you a week prior via your nominated phone number.
There’s a problem with my system. What should I do?
Call us immediately if you notice any issues.
Does my system require a monitoring device?
Most systems installed in the last five years have inbuilt Wi-Fi for monitoring. Older systems may require a monitoring device, which we can install (price on application) alongside a safety check.
How do I know when I need an inverter test?
You’ll receive a notification from your energy provider roughly every five years. Just let us know when you get this, and we’ll schedule and manage the test.
