ECG Electrical Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
Definitions
- Referral: The act of submitting a prospective customer's details to ECG Electrical through the official referral form.
- Referrer: A past or current ECG Electrical customer who has had a completed and fully paid job with ECG Electrical and who submits a referral.
- Friend: The new prospective customer whose details are submitted by the Referrer and who proceeds with an accepted job with ECG Electrical.
- Job Completion: When the referred customer's job has been fully installed, inspected (if applicable), accepted by ECG Electrical, and paid in full.
- Official Referral Form: The ECG Electrical online form or system designated for submitting referral details to qualify for the Referral Program.
- Referral Reward: The incentive (such as a monetary payment or gift card) given to the Referrer when a valid referral results in a completed and accepted job by ECG Electrical.
- Minimum Job Value: The minimum dollar amount a referred job must meet or exceed to qualify for a referral reward, currently set at $1,500 (excluding GST).
- Program: The ECG Electrical Referral Program as described in these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The ECG Electrical Referral Program ("Program") is open exclusively to past and current ECG Electrical customers who have had a completed and fully paid job with us. Employees of ECG Electrical are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Refer
To qualify for a referral reward, the referring customer ("Referrer") must submit a referral via ECG Electrical's official referral form before the referred customer's ("Friend") job is accepted or completed by ECG Electrical. Referrals submitted after the job is accepted or completed will not be eligible.
3. Valid Referral Criteria
A valid referral is a new customer who has not contacted ECG Electrical within the previous 30 days and who proceeds with an approved and accepted job for solar, battery, or electrical services.
The referred customer must not have been referred previously by another Referrer. In the event of multiple referrals for the same customer, the reward will be paid to the first eligible Referrer based on the date and time the referral form was submitted.
Referrals where the Referrer and Friend are the same person or reside at the same residential address will be considered invalid.
4. Minimum Job Value
Referral rewards apply only to referred jobs that meet or exceed ECG Electrical's minimum job value threshold, currently set at $1,500 (excluding GST). ECG Electrical reserves the right to update this threshold at any time.
5. Referral Reward Amount
Referrers will receive a $100 eftpos gift card for each valid referral that results in a completed and fully paid job. The reward is fixed and applies regardless of the job type, provided it meets ECG Electrical's minimum job value threshold.
Any advertised reward amounts are subject to change without prior notice, but will be confirmed before payment.
6. Reward Payment
Referral rewards will be paid only after the referred customer's job has been fully completed, accepted, and paid in full.
Rewards will be paid via gift card, within 30 days of job completion.
It is the Referrer's responsibility to provide accurate details and contact information. ECG Electrical is not responsible for rewards lost due to incorrect details.
7. Referral Tracking
All referrals must be submitted through ECG Electrical's official referral form. Referrals made verbally, informally, or through other means will not be eligible for rewards.
8. Privacy and Consent
By participating in the Program, you consent to ECG Electrical collecting and using your personal information and that of your referred Friend for the purposes of administering this Program, in accordance with ECG Electrical's Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes and Program Changes
ECG Electrical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes or discrepancies arising from the Program will be resolved by ECG Electrical in its sole discretion. ECG Electrical's decision is final and binding.
10. Liability
ECG Electrical is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Program or from redeeming rewards, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Additional Conditions
Referrers must have the authority to disclose the Friend's details.
ECG Electrical reserves the right to disqualify any referral that it deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or not made in the spirit of the Program.
This Program applies only to residential customers and cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions.
